Pumpkin Pie Porridge


Ingredients

  • (Serves 2)
  • – 1 cup gluten free oat – 1 1/2 cup hazelnut milk
  • – Pinch of ginger powder, cloves powder, nutmeg, salt
  • – 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • – 1 cup water – 3 drops vanilla essence
  • – 1 1/2 tbsp agave syrup
  • – 1 cup pumpkin purée

Instructions

  1. Warm a skillet and grill the oats with the cinnamon.
  2. Add water and milk. Stir then add purée and rest of ingredients.
  3. Cook till thick. Adjust milk if needed.
