- 50gr oats 300 ml oat milk
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 tsp maple syrup or coconut syrup
- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 pink pitaya cubed
- 2 handful blueberries
- 1/4 of a banana cut into coins
- 2 tbsp pomegranate jewels
- Cook all ingredients until creamy and the blueberries are fully cooked.
- Put the mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into you favorite jar and let cool for a bit.
- Top with pink pitaya, more blueberries, banana coins, pomegranate jewels and blueberry powder.
