- 1 cup of coconut flour
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of tahini
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of vanilla powder or essence
- 2 tbsp vegan sprinkles
- Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon.
- Create balls of cookie dough and place them on a plate. Flatten them out by pressing with a fork and sprinkle some more vegan sprinkles.
- Keep in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving. Keep the rest in the freezer.
