Raw Chocolate Cheesecake


  • CRUST: 50 g hazelnuts, 50 g pecan nuts, 50 g almonds, 3-4 medjool dates, 1 tbsp coconut flakes; blend all the ingredients until they stick together. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 3.5 inch pan and let it cool in the freezer. ⠀
  • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • FILLING: 1 cup cashew nuts, 4 tbsp cacao powder, 2 teaspoons maple syrup, 4 teaspoons coconut sugar, 4 tbsp coconut milk; soak the cashew nuts overnight, dry, blend with all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the liquid over the crust and place in the fridge overnight. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • TOPPING: 100 g dark chocolate, cherries: melt the chocolate and decorate the top of the cheesecake, place see cherries on the top. Before having it let it thaw for at least 30-40 minutes. ENJOY
