These beautiful red velvet brownies are incredibly healthy, gluten-free, and made in two easy steps!Print
- 2 ¼ cup oats
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ can black beans (can use garbanzo) drained and rinsed
- ½ cooked beet
- ¼ cup maple syrup (more or less to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- In a blender or food processor blend all the ingredients together.
- Pour into a lined brownie pan, sprinkle with vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs, and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375°F / 190°C.
