These beautiful red velvet brownies are incredibly healthy, gluten-free, and made in two easy steps!

Red Velvet Brownies


  • 2 ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ can black beans (can use garbanzo) drained and rinsed
  • ½ cooked beet
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (more or less to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder


  1. In a blender or food processor blend all the ingredients together. 
  2. Pour into a lined brownie pan, sprinkle with vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs, and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375°F / 190°C.
