Snickers nicecream cupcakes with a goey peanut butter & caramel core


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 5 medjool dates
  • Nicecream later-
  • 2 cup of soacked cashews
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 maple syrup
  • Blended until creamy.
  • For the peanut butter and caramel core-
  • 4 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Drizzle with your favourite vegan chocolate!
