To say that we’ve been huge fans of Lauren Hartmann and her vegan food blog Rabbit and Wolves for years is an understatement. So when we heard that she was working on a cookbook, we couldn’t have been more excited.

Southern Vegan – Delicious Down-Home Recipes for Your Plant-Based Diet  finally hit the shelves last Tuesday and it’s everything we had hoped for and more. The tagline of Lauren’s blog reads “Simple yet Exceptional Vegan Comfort Food”, a bold yet truthful statement, as anyone who’s ever tried one of her recipes will be able to confirm.

If you love Lauren’s blog, you’ll love her book even more. Every single recipe makes you want to drop everything to run to the kitchen and immediately start recreating it.
