- 250g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 cup soy/oat cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Wash the mushrooms and cut them in 2-3 mm thick slices.
- In a saucepan, heat the oil, add the minced garlic and cook over medium heat for 3-4 min.
- Add the mushrooms and thyme and cook until golden then add the starch and stir until combined. Pour in the cream and soy sauce adjust salt and pepper and cook for another minute.
- Pour over your favorite pasta and ENJOY!
