Sweet Butternut Squash


  • Simply cut the squash in half, remove the seeds and bake in the oven for 1-1.5 hours at 180-200C degrees Celsius (about 350-400F). Serve with some peanut butter, coconut cream, apples, bananas and cinnamon. Even better when enjoyed with a coconut latte:)
