Sweet Tempeh


Ingredients

  • Cube 6oz of tempeh and cook it in 1tsp coconut oil, 1tsp veggie bouillon paste, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp ground coriander seed, 2 chopped green onions, 1tsp smoked paprika and a pinch of smoked salt for 5 minutes. Then add 1/4 cup water and 1tbsp brown rice syrup and cook for another 2 minutes. In a separate pot, cook 2 cups of shredded kale with 2 cups of shredded collard greens, 1 green onion, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast and 2 tbsp water for 3-4 minutes. Serve with organic yellow mustard (optional).
