Tempeh Buddha Bowl with PB Sauce


Ingredients

  • PB Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1-2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tsp tamari sauce
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp rice malt or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut milk, optional

Instructions

  1. Simply whisk together the ingredients until creamy!
  2. Serve with vermicelli rice noodles, pan fried tempeh, lettuce, cabbage, bell pepper, sesame seeds & hemp seeds!
