  • Smoothie ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • a mix of frozen strawberries, raspberries, and red currants
  • frozen bananas
  • chia seeds
  • maca powder
  • coconut yogurt.
  • Toppings:
  • dragon fruit
  • raspberries
  • passion fruit
  • pomegranate seeds
  • coconut flakes
  • strawberries
  • fresh mint.


  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add toppings and enjoy!
