Valentine’s Parfaits



Aquafaba mousse:

  • residue water from a chick pea can
  • 1 tsp of cream of tartar and
  • 4 Tbsp of icing sugar

Raspberry chia jam:

  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 2 tsp of maple syrup

Chia pudding:

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt.
  • 1 tsp of vanilla powder.
  • 2 Tbsp of maple syrup.


  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of monk fruit powder
  • 1 Tbsp of vegan peanut butter protein powder


Aquafaba mousse:

  1. Using a stand alone mixer, whip the residue water from a chick pea can until stiff peaks. Add cream of tartar and icing sugar.

Raspberry chia jam:

  1. In a saucepan, add raspberries with maple syrup and simmer for 15 mins.
  2. Mash with fork. Set aside.

Chia pudding:

  1. Soak chia seeds in milk for 1 hr.
  2. After an hour, add 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt.
  3. Add vanilla powder and maple syrup.


  1. Cook oatmeal with 1 cup of milk.
  2. Sweeten with monk fruit powder.
  3. Add vegan peanut butter protein powder.


  1. Start layering your jar and top with your fav toppings.
