Vegan and Gluten-Free Brownies


Ingredients

  • Ingrediens:
  • 425 g black beans, well rinsed and drained
  • 3/4 cup of oat milk
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted (or sub other oil of choice)
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 10-12 dates
  • 1/3 cup of almonds
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Mix everything and put in the oven for 20-22 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius
  • Frosting:
  • 500g of dark, sugarfree and vegan chocolate
  • 1 cup of soy cream
