- 150 gr oat flour
- 5 apples
- 50 ml unsweetened appelsauce
- 75 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 40 gr raisins
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the apple pieces (from 1 apple), appelsauce, raisins and almond milk. Stir gently.
- Put the mixture in a cake or pie mold and add the slieced apples on top. Bake this pie for 25 minutes.
- Enjoy with vegan whipped cream.
