Vegan Apple Pie



  • 150 gr oat flour
  • 5 apples
  • 50 ml unsweetened appelsauce
  • 75 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 40 gr raisins
  • 1 tbsp baking powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the apple pieces (from 1 apple), appelsauce, raisins and almond milk. Stir gently.
  3. Put the mixture in a cake or pie mold and add the slieced apples on top. Bake this pie for 25 minutes.
  4. Enjoy with vegan whipped cream.
