This no-bake vegan berry yogurt tart is the definition of an easy plant-based dessert! With only 10 ingredients and minimum prep you’ve got yourself a lovely creamy treat.

Ingredients
Base:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- ½ cup almond meal
- 10 medjool dates
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
Filling:
- 500 g tub of vegan vanilla yogurt
- Fresh raspberries
- Strawberries
- Coconut flakes
Instructions
- Blend ingredients until it’s combined and crumbly, press into a tart tray and freeze the base for 15-30 minutes.
- Then add a 500g tub of vegan vanilla yogurt on the base for the filling, plus fresh raspberries, strawberries and coconut flakes. Enjoy instantly or return to the freezer to firm up for 30 mins.
