3-ingredient chia pudding

  • 4 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup

To serve:

  • quinoa puffs
  • nice cream (frozen bananas and berries blended until smooth)


  1. Mix all pudding ingredients together. 
  2. Serve it with quinoa puffs and nice cream.
