Vegan Chocolate Cake Bars


Ingredients

Scale
  • Cake : 70g oil
  • 100g vegan sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 30g soy yogurt
  • 120g flour
  • 5g baking powder
  • 20g cacao powder
  • 11cl soy cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and put the mixture in mini cake molds.
  2. Bake at 350F for 30 min.
  3. Let cool down the cakes and glaze them with dark chocolate with cacao nibs.
  4. Add the chocolate ganache on top of each cake bar when the glaze is fixed.
  5. Enjoy!
