Ingredients
- -1 cup flour
- -1 tablespoon sugar -2 tablespoons baking powder
- -1 cup almond milk
- -2 tablespoons refined coconut oil -Pinch of salt
- -1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Optional:
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vegan caramel
Instructions
- Mix dry and wet ingredients together separately and then combine.
- Mix until smooth with no lumps.
- Set a pan on medium heat and add a touch of oil to the pan so the pancakes won't stick.
- Cook 2 mins per side.
- Serve with apples, maple syrup & a drizzle of caramel.
