- Cheezy vegan sauce:
- 1 ramiro paprika (a type of bell pepper)
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 cup veggie stock
- 1 tsp dark miso
- 1/4 cup macadamias
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon the juice
- paprika ground
- Cook the carrots with the veggie stock until tender.
- Blend all ingredients for the vegan sauce in a blender until creamy.
- Serve with your favorite veggies and vegan ravioli.
