Ingredients
Bottom layer:
- 2 cups rinsed pitted dates
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 heaping Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- pinch himalayan salt
Caramel layer:
- 1 3/4 cup pitted dates
- pinch himalayan salt
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
Chocolate cover:
- 200 g dark chocolate or prepare your own with coconut oil, cacao and sweetener
Instructions
- Start of by preparing the bottom layer. Put all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until a dough consistency appears.
- Press down in a small baking pan lined with a baking sheet.
- Next prepare the caramel layer by put all the ingredients (except for the peanuts) in a high speed blender and blend until creamy.
- Spread over the bottom layer and press down the peanuts on top.
- Put in the freezer to set for 30 min.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Take out the snickers cake from the freezer and cut in to bars.
- Cover the bars in chocolate and the set in the fridge.
