Vegan “Snickers” Bars

Bottom layer:

  • 2 cups rinsed pitted dates
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 heaping Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • pinch himalayan salt

Caramel layer:

  • 1 3/4 cup pitted dates
  • pinch himalayan salt
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts

Chocolate cover:

  • 200 g dark chocolate or prepare your own with coconut oil, cacao and sweetener


  • Start of by preparing the bottom layer. Put all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until a dough consistency appears.
  • Press down in a small baking pan lined with a baking sheet.
  • Next prepare the caramel layer by put all the ingredients (except for the peanuts) in a high speed blender and blend until creamy.
  • Spread over the bottom layer and press down the peanuts on top.
  • Put in the freezer to set for 30 min.
  • Melt the chocolate.
  • Take out the snickers cake from the freezer and cut in to bars.
  • Cover the bars in chocolate and the set in the fridge.
