Fans of no-fuss two-step recipes, rejoice: this vegan tahini yogurt dip is super easy to make and takes mere seconds to whip up – you don’t even need a blender! I loved mixing the tahini, date syrup, cinnamon and cardamom together for an incredibly satisfying flavor profile, and the texture reminded me of custard or creamy pudding. It pairs perfectly with fruit chips, so I hope you have some on hand!

Ingredients
- 200 g vegan yogurt
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp liquid sweetener - I used date syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Chopped walnuts for garnish
- Fruit chips to serve
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except walnuts in a bowl until homogenous.
- Top with chopped walnuts and serve with fruit chips (apple and pear work best!).
