White Chocolate Pistachio Bark


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted cacao butter
  • 3-4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean
  • pinch of pink sea salt
  • a few tbsp of crushed pistachios (or nut of choice)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the cacao butter, sugar, bean and salt together until smooth.
  2. Pour into a lined baking dish so it spreads out quite thinly (Mine was a small loaf tin)
  3. Sprinkle on the pistachios
  4. Freeze until firm.
