- 1/2 cup melted cacao butter
- 3–4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean
- pinch of pink sea salt
- a few tbsp of crushed pistachios (or nut of choice)
- Whisk the cacao butter, sugar, bean and salt together until smooth.
- Pour into a lined baking dish so it spreads out quite thinly (Mine was a small loaf tin)
- Sprinkle on the pistachios
- Freeze until firm.
