Servings: 500 mL/ 2 cups
Prep all of your produce by washing it, then patting it dry using a kitchen towel.
Cut the produce into smaller chunks (if using a the J2 juicer, no need to cut it too small).
Turn on your juicer and start adding your produce, then juicing it.
Use a strainer (optional) to strain the juice, then pour it into your glass jar and enjoy!
- Keep the pulp in the freezer and use it in a savory muffin or other recipe.
- Store your produce in the fridge before juicing to ensure an ice cold juice.
- Once juiced, store the juice in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days (but I recommend drinking it right away)
