Pumpkin Banana Bread
A delicious vegan pumpkin banana bread loaf that's perfect for colder days!

Servings: 1 medium loaf
Preheat oven at 375 F.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Grease a loaf pan or line it with a parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and fill it up to center of the pan. Don’t overfill it.
Top the loaf with banana slices and pumpkin seeds.
Bake for 25-30 min until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean. Let the loaf cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
