Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 small beets
  • 1 1/2 apple
  • 1 thumb fresh ginger - or to taste
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1/2 small lemon - peeled

Instructions

  • Wash and prep the produce. Depending on what kind of juicer you're using, you can either leave the fruits and vegetables whole or you might need to cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Add the produce to your juicer and start juicing!
  • Pour the fresh juice into a glass over ice cubes and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a sweeter juice, add more apple. For a less sweet juice, use less apple and add more celery and/or carrot. 
  • The ginger taste is quite intense, so if you don't like ginger, either use less or omit.
