Green Salad Juice

This is an excellent way to drink your greens! It's ready in just a few minutes and such a vitamin booster. This recipe makes about 750mL (3 cups).

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 handful fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh spinach

Instructions

  • Wash your ingredients and roughly chop any that are too big to add to the juicer.
  • Add the ingredients to your juicer and juice them.
  • Optionally strain the juice and pour it into a glass jar.
  • Enjoy!
