Vegan Berry Yogurt Tart

Ingredients

Base:

Filling:

  • 500 g tub of vegan vanilla yogurt
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients until it’s combined and crumbly, press into a tart tray and freeze the base for 15-30 minutes.
  • Then add a 500g tub of vegan vanilla yogurt on the base for the filling, plus fresh raspberries, strawberries and coconut flakes. Enjoy instantly or return to the freezer to firm up for 30 mins.
