Vegan Blueberry Fig Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 figs - sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • ½ cup of microgreens
  • 4 cups of mixed greens
  • ½ cup sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup of pumpkin seeds and/or almond slices

Instructions

  • Mix all together and add a vinaigrette of choice
