Hi, I’m Marissa! I was an art educator, but after 6 years I realized that my heart was calling elsewhere. I currently spend most of my days in the kitchen creating new simple, healthy recipes for my viewers! I hope to inspire others on how eating plants can help you to live a healthy, balanced life.
I’m from Hawaii, grew up in Missouri, and now reside in Charlotte, North Carolina with my two rescue pups and husband Danny. When I’m not developing recipes I enjoy hiking and trying new restaurants with my family.
