I’m a recipe developer whose love for cooking stemmed from being a vegetarian child (now vegan adult) in a house full of meat-eaters who were unfamiliar with cooking without animal products or byproducts.
Apart from cooking, I have a passion for the performing arts, teaching and fulfilling my God-given purpose which I believe is to help those who are less privileged than I am (mainly in England and Nigeria) in whatever way I can.

My 3 Favorite Vegan Recipes: Dhal made with coconut milk, Colombian black bean stew, Tabbouleh.
Currently Working On: Teaching a bunch of teenagers, research for Culture Tuesdays, developing new recipes, spreading awareness on social and humanitarian issues, and crocheting.
