15-Minute Creamy Pistachio Pasta
What you’ll need
- egg-free pasta of your choice
- dairy-free butter
- onions
- garlic cloves
- chopped Setton Farms Raw Pistachio Kernels
- whole Setton Farms Raw Pistachio Kernels
- vegan white wine (or vegetable broth)
- vegan cream (unsweetened oat or soy cream work great)
- nutritional yeast
- lemon, the juice
- Sea salt
- pepper
- Chopped parsley
- more chopped pistachios to garnish

How to Make this 15-Minute Creamy Pistachio Pasta Recipe
Step one: cook the pasta
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions (this should take about 8-10 minutes).
Step two: sauté the onion and garlic
While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Step three: add the pistachios and white wine
Next, add the pistachios and cook everything for another 2 minutes before adding the white wine (or broth) and cooking it for another minute.
Step four: add the remaining ingredients
Add the cream, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt and pepper and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Step five: add the pasta to the skillet
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, add it to the skillet and mix.
Step six: add the garnishes, serve, and enjoy!

- Sea salt and pepper to taste
