Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 coconut water ice cubes optional
- 1/2 handful fresh basil
- 1/2 thumb ginger root
