Comforting, crunchy, delicious – these crispy and cheesy potato wedges are all those things! Not to mention incredibly easy to make and requiring only a small handful of ingredients (which makes them pantry-friendly!).

Crispy and Cheesy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp spices - I used a potato spice mix made of salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, chili, 1tsp red pepper powder and 2tbsp nutritional yeast for the cheesy flavor

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200C/400F. 
  • Cut potatoes into wedges. 
  • In a large bowl combine 2-3 tbsp oil (for about 6 large potatoes), 2tsp spices (I used a potato spice mix made of salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, chili, 1tsp red pepper powder and 2tbsp nutritional yeast for the cheesy flavor). Add the potatoes and mix well. 
  • Bake for about 35 minutes (flip after 15 minutes) until golden and crispy!⁣
