
Iceberg & Pear Juice
Iceberg lettuce might be one of the more boring greens when it comes to salad. In a juice, however, it offers a mild, delicious options to include more leafy greens. This one is paired with both pear and apple for the perfect amount of sweetness.

What You’ll Need
Fresh Produce
- Pear
- Apple
- Iceberg lettuce
- Fresh parsley
- Turmeric root
Equipment

- A glass jar or other other reusable container
- A glass straw (optional)
- A strainer (optional)
How to Make this Juice

Iceberg & Pear Juice
A cold pressed juice made with pear, apple, iceberg lettuce, parsley, and turmeric. This invigorating blend is not only refreshing but also packed with immune-boosting properties. Enjoy!

Servings: 2 cups (16 fl.oz./500mL)
Ingredients
- 1 pear
- 1 apple
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 handful parsley
- 1/2 thumb turmeric
Instructions
- Prep all of your produce by washing it, then patting it dry using a kitchen towel.
- Cut the produce into smaller chunks (if using a the J2 juicer, no need to cut it too small).
- Turn on your juicer and start adding your produce, then juicing it.
- Use a strainer (optional) to strain the juice, then pour it into your glass jar and enjoy!
