Pea & Mint Walnut Dip


Description

This dip is the perfect healthy umami snack you can enjoy with bread or veggies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 tsp Yondu umami seasoning sauce (click here to order it on amazon.com)
  • 1 small garlic clove (roughly chopped)
  • 2 tsp chopped mint

Instructions

  1. Purée the peas, walnuts, olive oil, lemon juice, Yondu and garlic until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the mint.
  3. Serve with toasted bread or crudités.

  • Use an immersion stick blender or food processor to purée.
