Vegan Banana Pancakes

These vegan banana pancakes are incredibly easy to make — they are ready in just two simple steps, and sometimes that’s all it takes for a scrumptious vegan breakfast!

Vegan Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 overripe bananas
  • 2 cups of flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup plant milk
  • ¼ cup oil
  • pinch of salt *optional

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash 2 overripe bananas, add the remaining ingredients and mix well – there you have your pancake mix.
  2. Fry in vegan butter on medium heat, 2 minutes on each side or until slightly golden. …Enjoy!
