These vegan banana pancakes are incredibly easy to make — they are ready in just two simple steps, and sometimes that’s all it takes for a scrumptious vegan breakfast!
- 2 overripe bananas
- 2 cups of flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup plant milk
- ¼ cup oil
- pinch of salt *optional
- In a bowl, mash 2 overripe bananas, add the remaining ingredients and mix well – there you have your pancake mix.
