Farfalle Salad Jar



  • Cooked bow tie pasta
  • Sliced kalamata olives
  • Sliced grape tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Diced red onion
  • Diced orange bell pepper
  • Baby arugula

For the pesto:

  • 1 handful of basil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 handful of cashews
  • 2 tsp of of olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 tsp of filtered water


  1. In a pestle and mortar grind all ingredients for pesto, excluding water. Grind until smooth, then mix in water.
  2. In a Jar, place pesto at the bottom, followed by pasta, olives, tomato, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. When ready to serve pour contents into a bowl over arugula. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and enjoy!
